HR Experience Specialist

As an in-house HR expert in Japan, handle all complex HR matters related to Deal's EOR employee lifecycle. Manage and drive the EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits. Provide high-level support to EOR employees and be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Administrative support: reporting, employment certification, HRIS management. Provide advanced on-site experience as needed to help product and operations teams build scalable systems with Deal.
