This job will focus on managing the work environment and growth of store employees and partner closely with store managers, HR counterparts and HQ to drive change from an HR perspective. The scope will span from Training and Development to Cost Management to HR General tasks as well as supporting on various local/regional/global HR Projects. Responsibilities include helping ensure employees abide by labor laws and company work rules, initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, support for payroll vendor management, attendance data management, being in charge of career development for employees, performance evaluation organization, and budgeting and productivity management.
