As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee the management of the HR department of the holding company and coordinate the following tasks within the Traders Group. This is not just about stamping and approval work. Responsibilities include HR planning, devising and executing HR policies, addressing challenges in HR operations, improving and managing evaluation systems, planning and managing compensation systems, and training evaluators. Recruitment responsibilities include summarizing new graduate and mid-career recruitment plans, proposing and executing various measures to promote recruitment, and monitoring recruitment progress. Additionally, talent development, creating and updating training systems, and training curriculums will be part of your role. The company is involved in formulating group-wide management strategies and managing each subsidiary. Currently, there are 193 employees.
