Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager at a company operating an international nursery. Specifically, you will be responsible for recruitment activities, employee development, and planning, operation, and improvement of HR systems. Job Responsibilities: - Recruitment activities: - Formulating annual recruitment plans - Creating recruitment budgets - Planning and executing recruitment strategies - Improving recruitment processes - Development activities: - Planning and operating employee training - Building onboarding systems - Considering and executing retention enhancement measures - HR system planning and operation: - Planning and operating HR systems to be revised from 2024 Application Qualifications: - Experience related to HR (recruitment, development, system design, etc.) - Communication skills in English (not mandatory but desirable) Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Actual work 8 hours, Break 1 hour) Salary: Monthly salary 300,000 - 400,000 JPY (Estimated annual income 3,600,000 - 5,600,000 JPY) Salary Increase & Bonuses: - Salary Increase: Once a year - Bonuses: Twice a year (Winter Bonus, Year-End Bonus) Holidays: - 120 days off per year (2 days off per week) - Special leave - Paid leave (100% acquisition rate) Benefits: - Company housing system - Use of domestic luxury resorts - Qualification acquisition support system - In-house and external training systems Our Vision: We welcome those who are interested in nursery teachers and education with the theme of 'Wings for children to soar into the world.'
