★Responsible for lead acquisition using the bilingual job search site "Daijob.com" You will approach recruiters at both Japanese global companies and foreign-affiliated companies to acquire leads and set appointments for recruitment plans using Daijob.com. ◆Specific Job Flow - Use Salesforce as the sales core system to make cold calls to new clients. - Discover and explore hiring needs, and acquire meeting appointments. - Manage client lists and report approach results. *Target to acquire at least one appointment from about 70 calls per day. ◆About Client Companies You will mainly target foreign companies operating in Japan and Japanese global companies expanding overseas.
