Why We Are Hiring ・ZenPlus has served as our e-commerce mall since 2016. Over these past 8 years, we have built a robust network of sellers and shipped numerous products from Japan. To further capitalize on the growing popularity of Japanese products internationally, we have decided to pivot and launch an innovative new project in international sales. In this role, you will utilize our international network and collaborate with major overseas e-commerce websites and malls to get our products on their shelves. Leverage your sales skills to negotiate contracts, apply your IT knowledge for project management, and use your language skills to communicate effectively in an international environment. Details ◆What You Can Expect from This Position ・Achieve personal and professional growth with the opportunity to be involved in the launch of a new project for a globally expanding cross-border e-commerce company ・Promote collaborations with major overseas e-commerce sites and malls Work dynamically in a multicultural environment ・Leverage your native-level English and business-level Japanese skills when communicating with employees and potential clients ・Significantly advance your career in the global market by integrating project management, IT knowledge, and sales skills ◆Duties Include ・List products from our ZenPlus cross-border e-commerce mall on trending overseas e-commerce sites. ・Explore potential collaborations with overseas e-commerce sites and malls and negotiate terms. ・Oversee the entire process from product registration to operational management. ・Analyze overseas market trends and competition, and formulate strategic listing plans. ・Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations. ・Understand customer needs and maintain an appropriate product lineup. ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, check-in with the ZenPlus team, catch up with emails 10~11 Research: Analyze overseas market trends and competition, and formulate strategic listing plans. 11~12 Weekly meeting with Sales team and Section Leader (confirm upcoming stores and report on current promotion status) 12~13 Lunch Break 13~15 Global Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential leads interested in collaborating with ZenPlus for product sales. Conduct meetings and negotiate contract terms to establish successful partnerships. 16~17 Operation Management: Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations in shipments and grasp customer needs to maintain an appropriate product lineup. 17~18 Wrap up: Check emails and KPI progress, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn’t get done, prepare for tomorrow ◆Employment Type ・Permanent Employee (Full Time) *There is a 3-month probationary period. *Salary and benefits remain the same during the probationary period. ◆Location Osaka Sakaisuji L Tower, 1 Chome-7-7 Kawaramachi, Chuo, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan ※This position requires to come to the office. We do not allow remote work for full-time positions. ◆Working Hours ・9:15 ~ 18:15　(fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT) →Two days off per week (Satuday + Sunday) ・Flex Time (Available after approval from management) →Core time: 10:00 ~ 16:00 →Up to 2-hour lunch break Additional Days Off: Year-end and New Year’s holidays (Dec. 30th ~ Jan. 2nd) Total 26 paid days off per year (increases year over year) ◆Salary ・￥400,000~ Monthly per month（Based on previous experience and ability） ・Bonus twice a year (June and December) ◆Benefits ・Raise once per year ・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month) ・Relocation Allowance of ¥100,000 provided for relocation support 1 month after joining (Must be at least 60KM away from the head office, measured in a straight line) ・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute) ・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Worker’s Accident Insurance ・Business casual dress code（No suit required）
