General Mission In this role, you will provide support for maintenance actions, management, users, and projects within our company environment. Main Activities - Join our headquarters under the supervision of Olivier Flambry in the GEUS (Global End User Support) team. - Promote the use of global technical standards in your technical perimeter. - Manage certain purchases and follow up on billing and budget tracking. - Ensure the update of information present in global systems related to local infrastructure. - Participate in the deployment or update of infrastructure projects on our sites. - Serve as a key contact between local teams and staff at our sites. - Collaborate with our support engineering team to manage IT inventory stock. - Help with the local deployment of global infrastructure projects as needed. - Assist in tracking and resolving local incidents that cannot be resolved globally or locally alone. - Ensure quality support to users at our sites. - Potentially conduct training on standard tools. - Provide IT support for new employee onboarding. - Assist sites and users during projects affecting user positions and our sites. - Participate in the effective operation of the IT Solution Spot.

Requirements
Good knowledge of the IT world: infrastructure, user workstation, network.
Familiarity with ITIL; initial experience with ticket management tools is a plus.
Knowledge of office tools, particularly Microsoft (Office 365).
Familiarity with IT equipment (PCs, mobile devices โ MAC/Apple is a plus).
Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written).
Good written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and support staff.
Organized and methodical individual with a strong ability to work in a team.
