IT Solutions Engineer / Solution Proposal Sales

As professionals in IT, you will collaboratively drive customer businesses. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer’s business to devise solutions, proposing IT solutions effectively. You will oversee all processes from planning, design, development to operation. Requirements: Graduates from all faculties and disciplines. Graduation Date: Expected to graduate in March 2025. Hiring Plan: 78 people planned for 2025-03, with 56 for joining in April 2024. Salary: 285,000 JPY for postgraduates, 265,000 JPY for bachelor’s graduates, 222,000 JPY for technical college graduates (as of 2024 fiscal year). Allowances: Overtime allowance, commuting allowance, etc. Salary Increments: Once a year (April). Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December) Working Style: Non-core time flex system (designated working hours of 7 hours and 45 minutes). Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Holidays & Leaves: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays). Total of 128 days off in the 2023 fiscal year (including weekends, public holidays, summer vacation, and New Year’s holidays). Annual paid leave: 25 days granted, plus various other leave systems available. Welfare: Comprehensive social insurance (health insurance, pension insurance, employment insurance, occupational accident insurance). Dormitories and company housing / Single dormitories, housing for transfers (housing cost assistance) are available. Cafeteria plan system (P's cafe): Equivalent to 122,000 JPY annually.
