Legal Manager Candidate

We will generally assign the following legal tasks according to your experience and abilities. ■ Drafting and reviewing contracts (Japanese: English = 8:2): Mainly related to the travel industry, but there are also contracts concerning municipal projects and new businesses like food services and glamping. ■ Responding to various project cases (M&A, fundraising, venture investments, etc.) ■ Advice, guidance, and solutions for various legal consultations ■ Handling legal disputes (various troubles, mediation, litigation, etc.) ■ Trademark applications and management ■ Supporting shareholders' meetings and board of directors meetings ■ Legal awareness activities (seminars, information dissemination, etc.) *About 70% of the work is related to contract matters. *There will also be some inquiries from subsidiaries (domestic and overseas).
