Legal Manager
As a legal manager supporting the Open House Group, which boasts one of the top growth rates in the industry, you will be responsible for the following legal tasks consistently: (1) Risk management (department-related): ■ Respond to consultations from field employees and create/check related contracts. ■ Respond to litigation/administrative/trouble. ■ Online-related responses. (2) Contract/document creation and checks. (3) Compliance-related (system development): ■ On-site guidance (planning and implementation of compliance training). ■ Hotline management. ■ Responding to legal amendments. (4) Corporate law-related (organization management): ■ Operate board meetings/audit committee/general shareholder meetings/corporate governance-related matters. (5) New business and M&A-related operations.
