Job Title: Lift Operations Job Type: Dispatch Salary: 1,150 yen per hour (Overtime and night shifts increase by 25%) ### Job Description Ski Resort Lift Operator - Assist with boarding and disembarking at the lift station and snow removal - Check customer tickets * You will not be outside all day, but will work outdoors in shifts of 30 minutes to 1 hour.* ### Working Hours Working hours: 8 hours per day within the range of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Shift System) - Night operations available - Overtime may be required depending on the operational status ### Holidays At least 4 days off per month ### Benefits - Dormitory expenses and utilities are free - Meal allowance provided - Free use of facilities, lift tickets, and shuttle bus - Advance payment system available (conditions apply) - Bringing a car is allowed - Casual hair color and nails permitted - Wi-fi available ### Employment Period From 2024/12/15 to 2024/3/31, must commit for at least 2 months (Higher hiring rate for those who can work the full season) - Meals are not provided, so individuals must prepare their own. ### Language Requirements - Required Japanese Level: Beginner level (basic conversation is acceptable) - Required Languages: Standard Chinese, English, Korean - Japanese is a must.
