Job Description: You will monitor lifts, guide customers, and handle lost items. You will transport customers safely while following the rules of the ski resort. Working Hours: Basic hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with middle breaks; you may have early starts or overtime during early morning or night operations). Benefits: - Private dormitory provided (rent free) - Free lift tickets for nearby ski resorts (conditions apply) - Free snow rental during the season - Transportation allowance provided - Water and utility costs covered - Access to a large communal bath - Dining room available (offering meals for 200 yen for breakfast, 300 yen for lunch and dinner) - Wi-Fi available - Uniform provided - Car can be brought to work
