As an advisor on the buyer's side (Japanese companies), you will be responsible for the entire process from sourcing to closing of sale cases (mainly overseas companies). For domestic cases, you will also approach, propose, and negotiate with potential sellers as an intermediary advisor. - Discovering partners in various countries (currently focusing on ASEAN countries, Oceania, and Europe) and developing businesses in the target countries. - Identifying sellers becoming M&A targets and gathering and analyzing information. - Correspondence with partner companies. - Creating proposals for M&A cases aimed at buyer companies (domestic Japanese companies), including proposal and approach. - Negotiating with overseas partner companies and buyer companies, conducting the entire business until closing. - Approaching, proposing, and negotiating with both sellers and buyers for domestic cases.
