M&A Consultant
【Job Description】 You will be responsible for discovering M&A opportunities and managing the structuring and promotion of M&A projects. 【Details】 You will be in charge of structuring and promoting M&A projects. Specifically, you will explore sale needs of unlisted companies and propose M&As to listed companies through industry research. During the M&A negotiation process, you will coordinate schedules and conditions and provide advice towards contract agreements, playing a significant role in driving deals forward. Once the projects you are responsible for enter the negotiation phase, you will work alongside the Corporate Finance Division (CFD) in a team to advance the project.
