Our requirement for Japanese language is business level (equivalent to N2 or higher). Candidates must hold a permanent residency, spouse visa, or a Technical/Humanities Knowledge/International Business visa. The work involves managing part-time staff, sales, and shift modifications. You'll learn the basics as a general employee and can advance to Store Manager with substantial training provided, making this an ideal opportunity for those with little experience. You will be assigned to a store within 1 hour of your home, ensuring no relocations are necessary. The shift system operates from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM with two days off per week and includes various benefits such as transportation reimbursement, meal inclusion, uniform provision, and more.
