We are seeking a playing manager to support major Japanese corporate clients comprehensively from the design to the execution of digital customer touchpoint marketing strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing organizational agendas and corporate planning, driving projects as the main responsible person, developing new projects and CL, being responsible for budgets as the unit head, and managing a team of more than 3 members. The project environment allows direct engagement with the management layer of clients, enabling you to maintain a high perspective akin to that of executives. The company specializes in consulting services for Digital Customer Experience (DCX), providing overarching design and consulting for digital customer touchpoints such as CRM, Web, App, EC, and SNS. We have a small team of 10 members.
