Materials Purchasing

Please place orders for pump components and auxiliary equipment. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the quality of ordered goods and responding to various audits such as financial audits, ISO9001 audits, and KHK (high-pressure gas) audits. You will also manage the fixed assets held by the department. You will quote suppliers and order metallic materials on your own. You will handle electronic approval processes for approximately 1,000 to 2,000 order forms created monthly, and monitor monthly order amounts. In case of defects, you will take action and report on them monthly. Once a year, you will conduct physical inventory management of tools and dies (disposal or new) and carry out physical inventory.
