Work involves transporting the customer's belongings from the current residence to the new residence. The driver must be physically fit to carry household goods, but will be supported by other staff. Career progression as a driver: You can be officially promoted to a driver position through an internal examination. After gaining experience, you will contribute to the company for quality and safety as a moving staff instructor. Furthermore, as your skills improve, there is an internal evaluation system called the ‘Meister System’, which allows you to be evaluated by people outside the company.
