### Job Responsibilities: - Serve as front desk attendant from 10 PM to 7 AM. - Check guests in and out, provide essential information for their stay. - Responsible for nightly audit of hotel financial records and guest ledger. - Handle emergency messages from hotel management. - Address guest complaints and service requests during night hours. - Manage reservations and payment transactions. - Prepare daily financial reports. ### Key Requirements: - Daily conversational level of Japanese is preferable. - Daily conversational level of English reading and writing. - General computer literacy. - Must possess a valid driver’s license for Japan. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and possess problem-solving skills. - Interpersonal skills are essential.
