Job Description: We are looking for an operator for the core manufacturing department of our factory! This position allows you to directly participate in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, contributing to the health of patients and society as a whole. [Department] This department is mainly responsible for the manufacturing of solid dosage forms, consisting of a team of about 30 members. Operators will be responsible for the following tasks: ■Weighing and Granulation of Pharmaceuticals: - Weighing: Task of dividing the necessary amount of raw materials (powder) into smaller portions. - Granulation: Task of loading the weighed raw materials into the granulation machine, operating the machine, discharging the finished granules, and switching equipment. - Cleaning tasks for the manufacturing room and manufacturing equipment. ■Required Skills and Qualities: - Smooth communication skills to progress work as a team. - Proactivity to self-improve knowledge and experience. - Ability to understand and explain logical thinking. - Leadership and meeting facilitation skills. - PC skills (no issues with typing and mouse operations). ■Preferred but Not Required Skills and Experience: - Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (under GMP environment). - Knowledge and experience in machine operation/maintenance. - Experience in a manufacturing site implementing the Toyota Production System.
