We are a custom high-functionality materials manufacturer. We handle metal materials that are used in a wide range of fields, such as smartphones, PCs, game consoles, cars, and razors. We are currently recruiting for overseas sales that utilize Chinese, Japanese, and English. Responsibilities include starting from hearing customer needs, acquiring orders, adjusting delivery dates and quantities with customers and factories, confirming payments, and after-sales follow-up, all in collaboration with an assistant. You will be directly involved from point of entry to exit, experiencing the products sold in their final form. Due to the high uniqueness of the metal materials handled, for about three to six months upon joining, you will learn about our manufacturing and product knowledge while supporting senior staff on their cases. Many senior employees joined with zero knowledge and acquired it after joining. There are many seniors who can provide insights regarding Chinese, Japanese, and English, allowing you to acquire practical skills such as workflow, procedures, and points of caution. We consider about three years as the benchmark for self-sufficiency, and the entire team will support you! Our clients are metal parts manufacturers in the Chinese-speaking region and global smartphone and computer manufacturers headquartered in the United States. Most clients are existing partners, with new cases primarily arising from referrals and inquiries; cold calling is not required. During requirements hearing, business is conducted in two to three languages including English for the initial stages, Japanese for delivery confirmations with our factory, and Chinese for delivery destinations. Communication with countries like the U.S. with significant time differences is mostly done via email. Overtime is approximately 2-10 hours per month, with potential overseas business trips about once a month for one week to ten days, mainly to Chinese-speaking areas (some possibilities in Europe and the U.S.). Considering individual preferences, there may be future opportunities for overseas transfers. The overseas department currently has 13 members, divided into 'Global Sales G' and 'Sales Task Team,' with Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese staff. You will likely be assigned to the 'Sales Task Team,' which currently consists of six members (1 manager, 1 assistant manager, 2 sales employees, 2 assistants).
