Passenger Service Duty Manager Candidate (Potential Recruitment)

We are recruiting a future Duty Manager candidate at our company, one of the largest in the ground handling field. Main Responsibilities: ■ Supervising the operation area and being responsible for daily adjustments ■ Preventing operational difficulties in collaboration with the Operation Control Center ■ Discussing improvements with branch managers and business line leaders ■ Supervising labor safety, health, and environmental protection activities ■ Investigating fraud, accidents, and complaints ■ Managing overtime payments within target budget ■ Managing staff attendance and departures For small branches, you will be the sole point of contact during emergencies and will consider improvement proposals (responsible for business line/customer portfolio). For medium to large branches, customer issues will be escalated to superiors, and daily allocations will be managed with support from the center.
