Over the years, we’ve expanded our platform to include 19 language versions, over 100 payment methods, and shipments to 175 countries. To further build and improve on our services, we recently established a project management team to lead key business initiatives. In this role, you will use your data analysis skills to make informed recommendations for improving web pages, understanding customer behavior, researching new markets, and reporting to upper management. Details ◆Duties Include ・Coordinate cross-team projects: Lead meetings with other marketers, handle and assign a series of tasks (Managerial skills) ・Research about industry updates, software, test different services and tools, perform demos and audits. (Critical Thinking) ・Benchmarking. Look for implementations that could benefit ZenGroup (Problem-Solving, organizational skills) ・Contact stakeholders, collaborators and partners outside the company (Communication, Negotiating skills) ・Create reports using varied tools and software to present results/improvements to stakeholders. (Data and analytical skills) ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Catch-up: Arrive at work, check your agenda to confirm the day’s meetings, confirm tasks and workload for the day, check-up with the manager and other stakeholders regarding latest updates on the current projects, catch up with emails. 10~13 Focus block: Work on your assigned projects, meeting time 13~14 Lunch Break 14~16 Focus block continued: Work on your assigned projects (research, gather data and create reports, follow up on any open tasks, etc.), work with other marketers to optimize their efforts and get input for your projects, meeting time. 16~18 Wrap up: Report to your manager or stakeholders about projects status and/or blockers, create workflow and follow-up tasks on projects for the next few days, check results vs. goals. ◆Employment Type ・Permanent Employee (Full Time) *There is a 3-month probationary period. *Salary and benefits remain the same during the probationary period. ◆Salary ・￥270,000~ or more per month （Based on previous experience and ability） ・Bonus twice a year (June and December) ◆Benefits ・Raise once per year ・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month) ・Relocation Allowance: ¥100,000 available for applicants relocating to Osaka from outside the Kansai region. ・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute) ・Complete social insurance (workers’ compensation, employment, health, welfare pension) ・Business casual dress code (No suit required) ・Qualification acquisition support system ・Training system (job-specific, level-specific training) ・In-house club activities (karaoke, day camps, etc.) ・Monthly company events ・Free tea and coffee ・Maternity/Paternity leave Who We Are Looking For ◆Personality ・Flexible and Resilient Worker: Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging work environment with tight deadlines and diverse projects. Capable of swiftly adapting to new ideas and requests from upper management, taking prompt action to meet shifting priorities. ・Collaborative Team Member: Skilled in cross-departmental communication, with a proven track record in project management and effective teamwork. ・Analytical Thinker: Adept at navigating the digital landscape of e-commerce, utilizing the latest technological tools to generate reports and make informed, data-driven decisions. ・Lifelong Learner: Embraces a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt, and continuously develop skills for personal and professional improvement. ◆Must Have Skills ・Data Analytics (2+ years of experience utilizing formulas and generating self-made reports on platforms such as Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.) ・Project Management Experience (1+ year of experience managing projects, ideally in the e-commerce industry) ・Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 or better) ◆Preferred Skills ・Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) ・UI/UX knowledge for e-commerce websites ・Proficiency with a wide variety of software and marketing tools ・Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and its dynamics ・Design-orientated with a general understanding of marketing creatives and shopping page layouts ・Professional experience creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders ・Professional experience conducting both internal and external marketing analyses (e.g., SWOT, revenue projections, budgeting) ◆Visa requirement ・All Applicants must possess a valid visa that permits work or employment in Japan.
