Project Manager (PM) – Digital Transformation and Social Issues Resolution

You will be responsible for promoting projects with significant social impact, collaborating with internal engineers and designers while focusing on social contribution and economic growth. You will manage projects with budgets ranging from approximately 50 million to 200 million yen and scales of around 10 to 20 people or multiple projects. • Engagement with client representatives, proposals, and progress management • Creation of requirement definition documents and specifications • Schedule formulation • Progress management (tasks, resources, man-hours, etc.) • Direction to designers and engineers, including external partners • Quality checks and management • Testing • Delivery and publication response • Estimation creation and billing processing
