The Project Manager is involved in all non-development tasks within the game development process, responsible for managing schedules, budgets, development environments, and coordination with external companies. Specifically, they will be engaged from the title launch, creating the initial roadmap and coordinating with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside the company as development progresses. In large-scale projects, they work with over 100 staff members, managing development schedules and budgets. Necessary skills include adaptable communication skills, English proficiency, and a passion for games.
