The Property Compendium Project Manager will ensure consistent and up-to-date information is provided across hotel compendiums for seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include: - Reviewing and updating hotel compendiums for 18 properties/700 units in Hokkaido. - Collaborating with Hotel Operations, Guest Services, and Property Owners to detail amenities and services. - Ensuring accurate information is maintained and updated for online listings. - Translating compendiums into both Japanese and English. - Keeping efficient records of property and room details. - Maintaining regular communication between teams.

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in marketing or service roles.
Native level of Japanese with in-depth knowledge of Japanese culture.
Strong attention to detail in writing and translating.
Ability to manage own projects and timelines.
Experience in copywriting and adapting tone of voice to match brands.
Preferable skills include knowledge in Adobe/Canva or graphic design and holding a valid Japanese driverโs license.
Basic English communication skills are expected.
