At Baxter's Miyazaki plant, conduct bio/chemical tests requested by other companies and related tasks. 【Details】 - Perform biological and chemical tests, particulate matter tests, and manage data (test contents include product tests including fine particle tests, stability tests, and monitoring). - Create and review SOPs and forms, conduct tests according to quality requirements, and confirm results. - Prepare protocols to set up equipment and analysis methods, validate, and issue final reports. - Create protocols for stability testing/monitoring, conduct tests, and issue final reports. - Conduct OOS investigations and CAPA activities. - Strictly adhere to quality policies, related regulations, and guidelines. - Test, calibrate, periodically inspect, and maintain equipment. - Purchase reagents/testing solutions/standard substances based on current inventory and expiration dates.
