We are recruiting future Duty Manager candidates at our company, one of the largest in the ground handling field in the world. 【Main Responsibilities】 - Directing the operation area and being responsible for on-the-day adjustments - Collaborating with the Operations Control Center to prevent operational difficulties - Discussing improvement points with branch managers and business line leaders - Supervising labor safety, health, and environmental protection activities - Investigating fraud, accidents, and complaints - Managing overtime payment within the target budget - Managing staff attendance and departure 【Small Branch】 Being the sole point of contact during emergencies and considering improvement proposals (responsible for business line/customer portfolio) 【Medium/Large Branch】 Escalating customer issues to superiors and allocating on the day with support from the center.
