Job Type: Reception Staff at English Conversation School (Junior Position) Salary: 230,000 yen per month Location: My English Conversation School at various branches Working Hours: 8 hours a day (Shift-Based) - Weekdays: 12:40 PM - 10:00 PM - Weekends and Holidays: 9:40 AM - 7:00 PM Job Description: - Conduct trial lessons and consultations: Understand customers' purposes and transition them to foreign instructors for trial lessons. - Customer support duties: Conduct regular counseling, listen to customers' concerns, and reflect them in the lessons. - Involvement in marketing and numerical management, contributing to understanding company performance and developing new services.
