You will be assigned the following tasks at the life insurance and credit card contact points: - Staff training and numerical management - Manual creation - Staff support - Work management, shift management, handling requests - Operator training - Daily progress management, document preparation and other administrative tasks Post-Joining Procedure: After joining, senior staff will conduct one-on-one training, allowing you to experience actual work as an operator. You can consult with senior staff at any time regarding any questions or concerns.
