Detailed information about return hiring. Our company provides a place for former employees who have retired due to career advancement or family circumstances to re-enter and contribute. The available positions can be adjusted according to your preferences. The working hours are from 9:00 to 17:30 (actual working hours of 7.5 hours). The employment type is full-time. Salary will be preferentially determined considering abilities, age, and experience. Allowances include family allowance (20,000 yen/month for spouses, 5,000 yen/month for the first child to 3,000 yen/month for the third child), housing allowance (15,000 yen for Tokyo, 10,000 yen for Osaka and Nagoya, 9,000 yen for Fukuoka and Sapporo), overtime allowance, business allowance, and transportation allowance. Benefits include various social insurance, savings plans, retirement benefits, a corporate pension, group life insurance, a system for preserving unused paid leave, resort facilities, and sports gyms.
