The key responsibilities include capturing business opportunities and trends in a timely manner, conducting consultative sales by understanding client challenges, and providing added value to maximize sales. It is also crucial to build a network with key industry stakeholders. Initially, the focus will be on negotiations with the headquarters of three major convenience store chains. The president has already introduced products to these chains, so an important mission will be to increase the sales from that point. Working directly under the president, this role presents an opportunity to provide input on creating a new sales strategy and team, while also allowing for relatively free discretion in advancing work and implementing innovative sales methods. There is also the appeal of developing the market and visibly experiencing results in a position for a category No.1 product with strong brand power.
