Secretary

As a secretary for our president and executives, you will be responsible for schedule management and coordination and communication with various parties. We are looking for someone who can leverage their experience as a secretary and thrive as a team leader. Examples of duties: • Schedule management for our chairman, president, and executives • Phone and email correspondence with customers and related departments • Preparation and sending of invitations, thank-you letters, and other various mailings • Handling various arrangements for domestic and overseas business trips and preparing materials • Expense reimbursement, managing business card data and customer information, etc. Currently, we have a team of six managing executive secretary duties, and we are looking for someone who can lead and streamline these processes!
