As a leader in the development of our social investment application 'Woodstock', you will be consistently involved in the design and development of the service platform, hands-on coding, operation, and improvement. ■ Design and development of the securities platform ■ Defining strategic roadmaps through close collaboration with the management team and stakeholders while providing technical mechanisms to the team ■ Management of individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables based on technical expertise ■ Guidance and training for team members regarding design techniques and code quality ■ Assurance of code quality tailored to customer needs with adequate testing, etc.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience

Experience designing, constructing, expanding, and maintaining production services in the financial services field, with adequate knowledge of service construction

Ability to write high-quality, thoroughly tested code to meet customer needs

Experience in setting high goals for engineers to aim for and helping them improve their skills

Understanding of what constitutes high-quality code and engineering processes, and knowledge of how to create an environment to foster it

High technical skills in system design and coding
