As a Senior Owner Liaison at HTM, your primary responsibility is to facilitate effective communication between property owners and the company to enhance their experience in Niseko. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries from owners through email, phone, and in-person meetings as needed. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of each property's financial situation, booking status, and performance metrics. - Provide stress-free assistance for all aspects of property management, including tax, legal requirements, and maintenance. - Organize management meetings via email. - Communicate with owners and tax accountants regarding tax and accounting issues. - Assist during property ownership transitions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure owners' bookings, funds transfers, and payments are processed accurately. Ideal Candidate: - At least 5 years of experience in administration, secretarial work, or the service industry. - Proficient in both business-level Japanese and English. - Energetic and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility for their role. - Team-oriented individual with strong collaboration skills. - Valid driver's license in Japan. - Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office. - Experience working in the Niseko area or in property management is a plus.

Salary¥4,500,000 - ¥5,200,000 per annum
