We are in search for a Solutions Manager to discover and pursue new real estate developer prospects, maintain and develop existing client accounts to meet and surpass the company's expectations and financial targets, build new client relationships, research, monitor and forecast market trends, arrange meetings with clients, travel regularly to designated market for face-to-face meetings to attend networking and industry functions, maintain and update case files on clients, collaborate with Management and Leadership Teams to find relevant solutions for new and existing developer clients, prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals, negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, liaise closely with Awards entry team to manage developer client Awards journey from entry to AMP purchase, and keep abreast of the latest developments in the real estate industry in the local market.
