Job Description: - Teaching soroban classes for preschool and elementary school students - Classroom management including interaction with students and parents - Individual instruction and question handling for soroban - Preparing teaching materials, cleaning, and disinfecting - Simple meetings before and after classes - Participation in training Conditions and Environment: - Flexible shifts (ability to choose time and days) - Shift system on a monthly basis - Workdays: 6 to 10 days per month - Hiring conditions: No experience welcome, gaps in experience OK (less than 1 year, 3 to 10 years, more than 10 years) - Adjustment within the support framework welcomed - Transportation expenses covered - Employee discounts available - Completely smoke-free
