Staff Shuttle Driver

NISADE is seeking Staff Shuttle Drivers for the 2024-25 Winter Season. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and timely transportation of our staff from company-managed properties to their workplaces and various facilities. ### **Main Responsibilities:** - Transporting staff from their accommodation to their respective workplaces and various destinations on schedule. - Coordinating closely with front desk staff and hotel managers to efficiently manage the transportation schedule. - Reporting on transportation activities. - Performing routine vehicle maintenance. - Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles. - Snow removal around parking areas and vehicles (during winter). - Other tasks as directed by supervisors. ### **Requirements:** - Valid driver's license to operate vehicles in Japan. - Requires a visa to work in Japan. - Physical capability to load luggage into vehicles. - Driving experience on winter roads and in adverse weather conditions is a plus. - Responsible for the condition of the shuttle bus. - Ability to work with people from diverse cultures. - Strong time management skills. - Understanding of health, safety, quality control, and environmental principles. - Flexibility to work day and night shifts. - Self-motivated and proactive in actions. ### **Benefits:** - Competitive wages starting from 1500 yen/hour. - Rent-based staff accommodation available. - A multicultural work environment. - Opportunities to use language skills. - Discounts on resort services and winter activities. - Recreation allowance (subsidized resort pass). - Various staff activities, including ski trips and unique work experiences at a world-renowned ski resort.
