As a leader candidate for next-generation technical field staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support to dealerships. 【Detailed Duties】 - Technical support for dealerships: Receive inquiries about complex issues from dealers, support the diagnosis of the issues at the dealership (or our facility), and provide solutions. - Respond to technical inquiries from dealers online. - Conduct technical OJT to improve the workshop processes of the dealerships. - Technical verification of vehicles and parts.
