Trade Administrative Staff

You will be in charge of our trade operations (primarily imports). We assign responsibilities on a per overseas supplier basis, and you will handle not only general import tasks but also domestic shipping comprehensively. 【Job Details】 - Create trade and order documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.) using system input. - Excel format input (including inventory tracking). - Phone response (includes calls from overseas). - Shipping operations. - Email correspondence with suppliers and customers (domestic and international). This role requires trade practice certification level C.
