You will be responsible for digital marketing including PPC ads, SNS operation, influencer marketing, content marketing with blogs, keyword research, SEO, data analysis with tools like Google Analytics, email marketing, and localization from English to Spanish. We are currently recruiting for overseas sales that utilize Chinese, Japanese, and English. Responsibilities include starting from hearing customer needs, acquiring orders, adjusting delivery dates and quantities with customers and factories, confirming payments, and after-sales follow-up, all in collaboration with an assistant. You will be directly involved from point of entry to exit, experiencing the products sold in their final form. Due to the high uniqueness of the metal materials handled, for about three to six months upon joining, you will learn about our manufacturing and product knowledge while supporting senior staff on their cases. Communication with countries like the U.S. with significant time differences is mostly done via email. Overtime is approximately 2-10 hours per month, with potential overseas business trips about once a month for one week to ten days, mainly to Chinese-speaking areas (some possibilities in Europe and the U.S.). Considering individual preferences, there may be future opportunities for overseas transfers. The overseas department currently has 13 members, divided into 'Global Sales G' and 'Sales Task Team,' with Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese staff.
