Barista

This season we will be operating 50 chalets and apartments, 4 hotels, 9 Food & Beverage outlets and 1 travel agency. All HHG properties are located in the three villages surrounding the Olympic Happo One Resort: Happo, Echoland, and Wadano. We are in search of talented baristas to join the HHG team at various venues including Blizzard, The Clubhouse, and The Rabbit Hole within Happo One Resort. Responsibilities include crafting and serving beverages, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean coffee bar. You may also serve food, prepare various coffee creations, and occasionally be scheduled for afternoon and evening shifts as well.

Restaurant Staff

MOTHERS inc. operates 25 restaurants and bakeries across Japan. We are seeking restaurant kitchen/service staff at the boutique hotel in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. We aim to make various places attractive through the greatest food culture. It’s crucial that the restaurant fits the city and is rooted in each area. Cleaning staff

Work at a designer hotel in Osaka. Welcome those who have a long-term, permanent, or spouse visa. Job Type: Room cleaning and bed making. Salary: ¥1,300 per hour. Staff Accommodation Manager

This season we will be housing our staff in 10 different lodges located in the Happo Village and Wadano Woods areas. As the staff accommodation manager, you will primarily act as the point of contact for all staff accommodation-related matters, and will be the liaison between staff and management. You will be assisting with ensuring that the staff accommodations are meeting cleanliness and safety standards. The managers are responsible for ensuring that each accommodation is stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. You will also run the famous Chu-Pong competition held at our very own crew bar.

Guest Service Specialist (year-round)

This winter, we are opening a new boutique hotel with 28 guest rooms, coworking space, and a cafe-bar. As a Guest Service Specialist, your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, concierge services, resolving guest issues, managing guest accounts, coordinating amenities and services, and processing payments. You will also support bar and cafe operations. This is a full-time, year-round position with subsidized accommodation, a free meal per shift, local discounts, various shift patterns, and team social activities.

Driver Winter Season

Therapist

We are looking for a therapist to perform oil massages, sports massages, and facials primarily for ski guests from overseas at the Green Leaf Hotel in Niseko Village. The spa operation is from December 10, 2024, to March 21, 2025. Paid training will start from December 1. Working hours are on a shift basis from 12:00 to 19:00 or from 14:30 to 21:30. Land Utilization Consulting Sales (Manager Candidate)

In the Japan Joint Partners business division, which is engaged in the construction of nursing facilities, hotels, and commercial facilities, you will be entrusted with consulting sales that match the land utilization needs of landowners with the opening needs of tenants.
