As a member of the Mountain Operations team, the Tickets & Trail Staff play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ski area. This position involves monitoring guests’ compliance with lift ticket regulations, verifying the legitimacy of tickets and passes, and fostering a welcoming environment for visitors. In addition to ticket checking, you’ll be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, assisting with rule enforcement, and collaborating with other mountain teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
