Driver

As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our team to and from designated locations within Hirafu and Kutchan. The role will also include transportation of guests between hotel and their destinations. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of safety, while adhering to Japanese Driving Regulations. Key Responsibilities include safely operating shuttle buses in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies, transporting team members to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues, adhering to a predetermined schedule, adjusting routes as necessary to accommodate changes, collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless transportation services, and the provision of transportation for guests of the hotel. Benefits depend on the type of employment but may include Season Pass or allowance, subsidized staff accommodation, company enrollment in Social Insurances, winter driving and traffic training if required (paid), potential for year-round position, and employee discounts.
