Owner Experience Manager

The Owner Experience Manager will be the first point of contact for all Owner-related matters and work closely with various internal departments to maintain properties and respond to Owner enquiries promptly. Roles include developing relationships with Property Owners, upkeeping Owner Records, understanding and assisting with Owner Statements, overseeing Owner Account Balances, assisting in tax filings, managing Owner Bookings and Guest Services, handling Owner-related social media, distributing Marketing & Reservations reports and newsletters, overseeing property maintenance, liaising with multiple departments like Reservations, Operations, Maintenance, Real Estate, and Development, and reviewing and updating SOPs for operations.
