We handle machines that are indispensable in the production process of harnesses (bundles of wires that conduct electricity and energy), which are essential for digital consumer electronics and automobiles. The main customers are existing customers (automotive parts manufacturers). Our sales style involves responding to inquiries, confirming needs, and proposing products. Even after installation, this job allows for building long-term relationships with customers through maintenance services. Regarding overseas assignments, the timing is undecided, and the duration is approximately 3 to 5 years, with postings in North America, China, and ASEAN. Duties during the assignment include sales/maintenance work, hiring and managing local staff, and management tasks for the base. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include local tax filings and accounting management. Our company is one of the few in the world that develops and sells ultra-high precision machines in the wire processing field, along with electronic component connectors. We operate in the business of electronic components, crimping machines, and precision machinery. Our connectors have been adopted by products like Sony's PlayStation, and we boast a domestic market share of about 60% for crimping machines, and we also hold the top share in the Asian market. In recent years, we have expanded our business to India and Europe, with growing needs in the automotive industry, especially amid the shift towards EVs.

Night Front Desk Supervisor

Night Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the daily night hotel operation, working with the Front Office team to provide the best hospitality experience for owners and guests in Setsu Niseko. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily shift of front desk operation, acting as a duty manager, patrolling the hotel, handling emergencies at night, resolving any owners and guests related issues, monitoring performance of staff, providing feedback, coaching and training as required, ensuring a safe working environment, and creating a happy working environment. The role is flexible and requires adaptation to changing market conditions and operational constraints. The position reports to the Setsu Niseko Front Desk Manager.
