You will be responsible for quality control related to the import and export of organic and natural foods involved in the company's trading business. Job responsibilities include creating English documents such as product specifications, certification application documents for organic, gluten-free, and kosher products, customer inquiries and complaint handling, investigating domestic and foreign regulations, verifying food labeling, auditing domestic and international suppliers, and developing new products.
